Structural Draftsperson (Intern/Undergraduate)

We are currently seeking an Intern / Undergraduate Structural or Civil Engineering Student to join our Melbourne CBD office in a part-time capacity, 2-3 days a week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineering student looking to gain valuable practical experience within a professional consulting environment while continuing their studies.

Working closely with our experienced Structural and Civil Engineers, you will gain exposure and assist in preparing documentation for a diverse range of projects, including:

• Commercial developments

• Residential apartments

• Industrial facilities

• Education projects

• Healthcare facilities

• Mixed-use developments

You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and gain an understanding of how engineering principles are applied to real-world projects, from concept and design through to construction.

We are looking for a student who is:

• Currently studying a Civil or Structural Engineering degree.

• Interested in developing a career within building services and consulting engineering.

• Keen to gain practical industry experience alongside their studies.

• A motivated and enthusiastic learner with a genuine interest in engineering.

• Comfortable working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

• Detail-oriented with good organisational and problem-solving skills.

• A confident communicator with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Familiar with AutoCAD and/or Revit.

• Modern office in the Melbourne CBD.

• Practical experience within an established engineering consultancy.

• Mentoring and guidance from experienced engineers.

• Exposure to a wide variety of exciting Australian projects.
