About the Role:
This is a key front-of-house position where you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play an essential role in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience while supporting the clinical team with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and professional manner
- Managing appointments and maintaining an efficient schedule
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks

About You:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is essential
- Proficiency in Exact dental software is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
