Oversee the development and review of OLE designs, construction methodologies, work packages, procurement and installation plans.
Coordinate labour, plant, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and delivery objectives.

Support procurement activities, supplier management, and subcontractor performance.
Lead risk assessments, constructability reviews, and technical workshops.
Liaise with client representatives, designers, rail authorities, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development support to engineering and site teams.
Contribute to project reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and schedule management.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Demonstrated experience delivering Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) works on major rail infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of OLE design principles, installation methodologies, testing, and commissioning processes.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams within complex rail or transport infrastructure environments.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple project interfaces while maintaining programme, quality, and safety objectives.
Strong understanding of rail industry standards, electrical safety requirements, and construction regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
