The Role
Crown Sydney is seeking a full-time Crown PlaySafe Advisor to join its distinguished and dynamic team. Reporting to the Crown PlaySafe Shift Manager the Crown PlaySafe Advisor is responsible for the implementation and delivery of Crown PlaySafe programs and services with the aim of minimising harm for guests and their families. Crown PlaySafe Advisors on duty assist with the management of the customer facing operation of the Crown PlaySafe Centre.
About You
Must be available for shifts over a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays. Social services and Gaming operations background would be highly regarded. Additional language skills advantageous. Capable of establishing trust and building rapport with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Excellent conflict management skills. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Confident in presenting complex concepts clearly and effectively. Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, sensitivity, and confidentiality. Skilled in developing and fostering stakeholder relationships. Provide leadership and direction to the department, ensuring compliance with Crown policies, Health and Safety requirements and relevant legislation. Ability to obtain Casino Special Employee Licence in NSW, Victoria and WA including a Working with Children Check.
