About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our Michael Kors Karrinyup team.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable shopping experiences

• Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients

• Support visual merchandising and styling initiatives

• Assist with stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations

About You

• Previous retail experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail

• Must be available to work Sundays and Thursday evenings

• Flexible availability across a rotating roster

• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

• Experience using POS systems

• Strong communication and clienteling skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
