About the role

The Talent Acquisition leader owns the full recruitment lifecycle for Asia Pacific at a strategic and operational level — from workforce planning and talent forecasting through to sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding partnership — ensuring alignment with business priorities across multiple international markets.

• Familiar with small-store Retail Recruitment across a wide geography

• Experience with Retail Stores, Retail Field Operations, and Retail Support Centre recruitment

• Connection with APAC, not just Australia

• Self-serve recruitment experience

• Full-service recruitment experience

• Data and ATS expertise

• Leader of a small team

• Strategic thinking and commercial mindset

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
