Start your accounting career with full-time paid employment while studying. You’ll be mentored by senior team members and gain experience in all areas of public practice accounting.
You’ll need:
Enrolment in (or intention to start) an Accounting degree
Initiative and eagerness to learn
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ideal for candidates with 2+ years’ public practice experience
Work directly with clients to help them achieve their goals, while continuing to develop your professional expertise.
You’ll need:
Completed or working towards an Accounting degree
2+ years in a public practice accounting role
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, and Reckon
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Completed a degree in accounting
Have 5 - 10 years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm
The ability to assist clients to be more profitable
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, and Reckon
Ability to manage a team
