Hands-On Restaurant Manager/ Supervisor

At Taste of Tuscany we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager/ Supervisor. This is a hands on role.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise front-of-house
• Serve customers during busy service periods
• Train, motivate and support the team
• Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
• Handle customer enquires professionally
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
• Assist with opening and closing procedures

We are Looking for Someone Who Has

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities
• A positive, energetic attitude
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
