Job description:

• Full time position

• Check daily orders by customer run

• Ensuring correct product is packed for each order 

• Ability to process a different variety of fish species

• Scaling, cleaning and packing/labelling experience

• Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Operation of manual pallet jacks or use of forklift

• Requires a very good knowledge of seafood to understand quality requirements and to visually identify fish and shellfish against order specs.

• Immediate start for the right applicants

We are seeking dedicated staff who are passionate about seafood and who can work as part of a busy production / processing team. Some career opportunities exist for the right person. 

Successful applicants must have:

• A strong knowledge in fresh seafood

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work within a fast-paced production team

• Open to no experience - We will train!
