As the face of the business, you’ll bring energy, vision, and commercial smarts – building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and setting the strategy for future success. 

Your new role 
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the branch. You will: 

• Drive business, product, and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share. 
• Deliver outstanding customer service, advice, and tailored solutions. 
• Manage systems and processes to consistently exceed targets. 
• Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. 
• Lead, develop, and inspire your team across sales, warehousing, and logistics. 

What you’ll bring 

• A proven track record in senior management or branch leadership. 
• Industry knowledge in plumbing, trade distribution, or a related sector (highly regarded). 
• Natural leadership qualities with a hands-on, customer-focused approach. 
• A commercial mindset – able to identify opportunities and convert them into growth. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with a diverse client base. 
• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available).
