About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Brand Ambassador to represent Givenchy Beauty at Lotte Duty Free, Melbourne Airport.

You will deliver an exceptional luxury client experience, proactively recruit passengers to the counter and achieve both Givenchy Beauty and Lotte Duty Free sales targets across fragrance, makeup and skincare.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and recruit clients to the Givenchy counter

• Deliver personalised consultations and exceptional luxury service

• Consistently achieve individual, Givenchy Beauty and Lotte Duty Free sales targets

• Build strong product knowledge and confidently cross-sell across categories

• Maintain immaculate counter presentation and visual merchandising standards

• Replenish stock, support stocktakes and maintain inventory accuracy

• Report stock discrepancies, customer enquiries and lost sales opportunities

• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to grow the business

• Participate in product launches, promotions, training and team meetings

• Follow all Givenchy Beauty, Lotte Duty Free and airport safety and operational procedures

What We Are Looking For

• One to two years’ experience in beauty, fragrance, skincare, makeup or luxury retail

• A proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Confidence in traffic stopping, client recruitment and closing sales

• Strong consultation, communication and product demonstration skills

• Makeup experience or a relevant beauty qualification is highly regarded

• Excellent reliability, teamwork and attention to detail

• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation

• A genuine passion for Givenchy Beauty and luxury client service

Availability

Melbourne Airport operates across extended trading hours. Applicants must be available to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
