Digital Marketing Manager

Craig Linke is a multi-award winning boutique building and interior design company committed to setting a new benchmark in residential interior design and construction. We specialise in architectural builds and custom renovation projects in Adelaide, South Australia.
THE ROLEThis is a newly created, part-time role (approx. 20 hours p/wk, negotiable, with scope for additional hours over time) for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in our Kent Town studio. Reporting to our CEO, the Digital Marketing Manager will own Craig Linke's digital presence end to end – from paid social and email marketing through to website content and performance reporting – ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the quality of our work and drives a steady pipeline of qualified enquiries.This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role working closely with the broader marketing team, including our Marketing Manager and Social Media Assistant, as well as key agencies. It will occasionally require attendance at project sites, photo shoots or events to capture content.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTESA degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications or a related field5+ years' experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a premium, design-led or luxury brand environmentExperience with email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo, including audience segmentation and performance analysisDemonstrated experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, and confident translating performance data into clear recommendationsStrong written and visual communication skills, with an eye for premium brandingHighly organised and proactive, comfortable managing multiple channels and campaigns concurrently including test and learn experimentsCollaborative approach, comfortable partnering with agencies, designers and the executive teamConfident using AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creative output; experience creating AI projects and agents (e.g. Claude) highly regardedFull, unrestricted working rights in Australia, and a current South Australian driver's licenceGoogle Suite experience an advantage
