We’re looking for a Core or above Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team and work alongside participants, their families and support networks to create meaningful and sustainable change.
✨ We’d love to hear from you if you are:
• Assessed as a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Capability Framework
• Experienced in completing Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing high-quality Behaviour Support Plans
• Confident working collaboratively with participants, families, support teams and other professionals
• Passionate about person-centred, evidence-based and trauma-informed practice
• Someone who values genuine relationships, autonomy, dignity and quality of life
