Customer Service Advisior

Atlast The Waste Network is a growing, Australian family-owned business investing in its people, equipment and culture, and we're looking for experienced customer service who want to be part of a team that values quality work, safety and doing things properly.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring a high level of service across our network.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email

• Booking and coordinating waste services

• Resolving issues calmly and professionally

• Working closely with operations, drivers and internal teams

• Maintaining accurate records and systems

About You

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has proven customer service experience (call centre, logistics, admin or similar)

• Has a minimum of 1 year customer service experience

• Communicates clearly and confidently

• Is organised, reliable and solutions-focused

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

• Is looking for stability, growth and a long-term role

• Holds valid Australian work rights
