About the role
Cancer Care Foundation (CCF) was established in 2018 as a not-for-profit charity organization dedicated to one clear purpose - creating the much-needed practical support for cancer patients to ease and improve their treatment journey so their energies are focused on getting well.CCF manages clinical trials at multiple centres across Australia. Due to the growth of our clinical trials business, CCF requires a Clinical Trial Accounts Administrator to join our team at CCF head office in Miranda.
This role will be responsible for;Financial administration of clinical trial income and expenditure.Ensuring sponsor payments are received in accordance with contractual agreements and study milestones.Accurate invoicing, revenue tracking, account reconciliation, and quarterly financial reporting.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, clinical project managers, clinical trial coordinators, and sponsors.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of clinical trials while ensuring efficient and effective financial management processes.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should meet most of the following criteria:Minimum 2 years' experience in clinical trials administration, project finance administration, research finance, or a similar role.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, financial tracking, and reporting.Experience managing invoicing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), accounting software, or other data management systems.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of clinical trial processes and sponsor payment structures would be highly regarded.Oncology clinical trials experience would be advantageous.
