We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Rehabilitation Counsellor) to join our team on a part-time basis, supporting injured workers in their recovery and return to work.

This work-from-home position offers flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and experienced national team, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Working remotely from your home office, you will manage a caseload of WorkCover Queensland clients, supporting individuals with both physical and psychological injury presentations through evidence-based rehabilitation and return-to-work planning.

You will work closely with injured workers, employers, insurers and treating practitioners to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

While this is primarily a work-from-home position, travel throughout Ipswich and Brisbane's Western Suburbs will be required to attend client appointments, workplace visits, case conferences and assessments as needed.

This is a part-time position, offering flexibility around working days and hours for the right candidate.

• Manage a caseload of WorkCover Queensland clients.

• Conduct initial assessments and functional reviews.

• Develop and implement rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.

• Liaise with insurers, employers and treating practitioners.

• Coordinate appropriate treatment and rehabilitation services.

• Attend workplace visits, appointments and case conferences where required.

• Prepare high-quality professional case notes and reports.

• Support clients to achieve sustainable recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

• Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation Counselling.

• Current AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC registration, as applicable.

• Experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management or workers' compensation is preferred.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office while managing a caseload.

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
