Post Graduate Electrical Engineer

About the role

Post Graduate Electrical Engineer role focused on electrical design, project delivery, and site-based quality assurance. You'll be involved in electrical design and analysis, project planning and execution, site inspections and technical support, and sustainable and energy-efficient solutions, working alongside experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of electrical engineering solutions.

• Support the delivery of multiple electrical projects from planning through to completion.

• Manage and monitor site Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

• Provide technical and administrative assistance to Site Project Managers across multiple projects.

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks, and assist with the resolution of non-conformances.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, inspection records, and QA documentation.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

• Assist with project scheduling, resource planning, and progress tracking.

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant industry standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the successful delivery of project outcomes.

About you

• A degree in Electrical Engineering (recent graduates welcome).

• Strong technical aptitude.

• Enthusiasm, initiative, and a desire to grow.

• Excellent communication skills.
