Job Description

OFFSITE is an established Advanced Offsite Construction Company working in the residential, multi-storey apartment and commercial sector, operating from new premises located in Welshpool, Western Australia.

We design, manufacture and install timber framed walls (including claddings, windows, wrap and insulation), floor cassettes, roof cassettes and roof trusses using automated, advanced closed panel timber frame plant incorporating world class automation from Weinmann in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience with manufacturing and supervising the manufacturing of:

  • Timber Framing (including walls, windows and door frames)
  • External wall cladding
  • Roof Trusses
  • Floor Cassettes

• Sound ability to read, interpret drawings & specifications

• Excellent attitude towards health, safety & environment

• Honest, reliable & hardworking

• Strong communication skills

Skill & Experience

Essential:

• Certificate III in Carpentry 

• Honest, reliable & hardworking

• Strong communication skill

• 2 to 5 years experience 

Desirable:

• Current WA Driver’s License
