Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Do you believe in the power of community, compassion, and dignity at the end of life? Busselton Hospice Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Volunteer Program Coordinator to lead and support our volunteer-led palliative care and bereavement programs.
What you'll be doing
Recruit, train, and support volunteers.
Coordinate and promote volunteer-led programs within budget.
Collaborate with clients, families, and service providers.
Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure compliance with national standards.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and participate in community events.
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in Health, Social, or Human Services.
Experience in palliative care and bereavement support.
Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Passion for community development and volunteer engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated collaborative tools.
Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
