Role Type: Transport Operations

What your role at Qube will look like: 

• Plan the daily transport function of specific clients and major accounts
• Prepare, check and lodge entries accurately in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to service joint accounts
• Ensure smooth and efficient flow of work relating to jobs, follow policy and meet KPI
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure sound ongoing business relationships are maintained
• Problem solve using own initiative, keeping Qube clients updated with progress on transportation issues
• Ensure clients remain updated with reference to the imposition of additional costs
• Timely response to issues raised by major clients with courtesy at all times

What you can bring to Qube: 

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Sound computer knowledge, including Excel, and able to pick up new computer systems quickly
• Customer Service experience
• Work collaboratively and harmoniously as a part of a team
• Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution 
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
• Must be fit for work with a good level of fitness and general health 
• Transport knowledge
