About Ermha365
At ermha365, we are part of the Meridia Group and we work with clients with some of the most complex mental health and disability support needs in Victoria. We’re a lifeline for people who often feel like a “square peg in a round hole” - those who experience stigma and discrimination, and are ostracised or excluded from the simple things that most of us take for granted. In many cases we have become the provider of last resort, although we see ourselves as the provider of first choice. We believe in the potential of everyone. We never give up, and we never give in.
About The Role
Due to the exponential growth of our TAC program, we are seeking an additional full time team member to join our TAC team based at our Dandenong South office. You will support participants on WorkCover and TAC throughout their recovery journeys. Our participants may have a mental health condition, Acquired/Traumatic Brain Injury (A/TBI), or disability resulting from a workplace or traffic incident.
Your role will be to help them build the skills and confidence to manage daily tasks independently, with a strong focus on empowerment over direct intervention. The role operates in a hybrid model, combining work-from-home, Dandenong South office, and outreach support. This program operates with a large catchment area of South East and Eastern regions of Melbourne.
