J&P Group Pty Ltd are seeking enthusiastic, trustworthy candidates to fill these roles and assist at various sites throughout the South West. Our expanding business offers various operational options from Civil, Land clearing, Sand, Gravel and our new state of the art Steel processing facility.

·         General Plant Operating experience. i.e., Excavators, DumpTrucks and Loaders

·         The highest regard for safety and an excellent safety employment record

·         Demonstrated self-management and leadership skills, leading a small crew (required only for the Leading Hand roles)

·         Be hands-on

·         Fit for work

These are permanent positions based at Picton in the tranquil South of Western Australia. Excellent remuneration packages based on experience and suitability with opportunities for advancement. Family owned and operated since 1966.
