The Opportunity

As a Project Manager you’ll take ownership of complex fit out projects from inception to handover. You’ll inspire your team, engage with clients, and drive outcomes across safety, quality, program, and commercial success. Your leadership will set the tone on site and ensure every stakeholder — from clients to subcontractors — is aligned and motivated.

• Lead and support a high-performing project team to deliver exceptional results
• Manage budgets, programs, and contractual obligations with confidence
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Identify risks, create solutions, and add value at every stage
• Show visible leadership on site, setting standards in safety, quality, and wellbeing

About you

• Proven experience managing complex fit out or construction projects
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related discipline
• A leadership style that builds engaged, collaborative, and resilient teams
