We’re strengthening the Razz Room team.

Razz Room is now open and fully established, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking to bolster our team across management, supervision and cocktail bartending.

Our 260-capacity venue moves between an intimate, service-led cocktail lounge and a high-energy live music destination. We’re looking for hospitality professionals who understand that great venues are built on more than atmosphere, it’s the quality of service, precision of execution and confidence of the team that ultimately defines the experience.

We’re looking for people who take pride in what they do, know how to look after guests and can confidently move with the pace and energy of the room.

Razz Room moves through different rhythms of trade, from refined cocktail service through to high-volume live entertainment and late-night sessions. We need people who can adapt to each environment while maintaining the same level of professionalism, service and attention to detail.

• Depending on the role, you may be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting the team throughout service

• Delivering exceptional cocktail and beverage service

• Maintaining high standards of cocktail execution and presentation

• Managing the transition between different styles and volumes of trade

• Supporting stock control, ordering and GP management

• Training and developing team members

• Maintaining RSA, licensing and venue compliance

• Leading from the floor during both cocktail lounge and high-volume live music trade

• Creating a welcoming, energetic and professional experience for every guest
  

About You

We’re looking for people with experience across hospitality, cocktail bars, restaurants, live music venues or other high-volume environments.

You might be an experienced Manager looking for your next venue, a Supervisor ready to take the next step, or an experienced Cocktail Bartender looking for a great place to work with a strong team and quality product with an above award rate. 

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in a hospitality, bar or cocktail-focused environment

• Strong cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for quality beverage service

• Experience working confidently in high-volume trade

• A calm, confident and professional approach under pressure

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine interest in hospitality, music and culture

• A current RSA

• For management and supervisory roles, experience in team leadership, stock control, GP management and NSW liquor licensing will be highly regarded.
