Customer Service Officer

As our Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers both in person and over the phone. Your role is focused on delivering exceptional service, managing bookings, and supporting customers throughout their hire experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle hire enquiries, bookings, extensions, and returns

• Provide clear guidance to customers, including terms of hire, insurance options, and return conditions

• Process rental agreements and ensure accurate data entry

• Coordinate vehicle pickups and returns, working closely with our operations team

• Handle general administration and phone enquiries

• Ensure customers have a smooth and professional rental experience from start to finish

• Maintain a high standard of customer care, communication, and follow-up

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused

• Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment

• Great on the phone and comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Competent with computers and quick to learn new systems

• Experienced in car rental, retail, admin, or customer service — at least 1–2 years' experience required

• Holds a valid driver's licence
