Pier One Sydney Harbour is on the lookout for enthusiastic and professional Bartenders to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love crafting exceptional drinks with flair, this is your chance to shine in one of Sydney’s most iconic waterfront venues.

As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience—serving up expertly crafted beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean, stylish bar environment. Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and warm hospitality will help create memorable moments for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
• Open and serve wine and champagne bottles with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of the bar and surrounding areas
• Stock and replenish supplies including ice, glassware, and garnishes
• Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift banking duties
• Secure all alcohol and bar equipment at the end of each shift
• Follow RSA and safety guidelines at all times
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Current NSW RSA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including public holidays, evenings and weekends
