As they continue to strengthen their impact and growth, they are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to partner closely with the CFO and Executive Team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad leadership role where you will oversee financial operations, reporting, governance, risk and compliance, while playing a key role in strategic decision-making across the organisation.
PositionReporting to the CFO, you will lead the finance function and be responsible for delivering high-quality financial management, reporting and commercial support to executive stakeholders.
You will oversee day-to-day finance operations while driving continuous improvement, maintaining strong financial controls and providing valuable insights that support organisational performance and long-term strategic objectives.
ProfileWe are seeking a sharp, intellectually capable and dynamic hands-on finance leader who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen and strategic thinking. You will be someone who sets high standards, challenges the status quo, thrives on continuous improvement and is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation making a meaningful difference.
You will bring:CA/CPA qualification.Significant experience leading finance functions within complex organisations.Strong technical accounting, financial reporting and governance expertise.Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning processes.Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence strategic decision-making.Exposure to purpose-led organisations, philanthropy, impact investing or funds management environments would be viewed favourably.
