About the role: 

Working as a Rehabilitation Support Officer, you will support Rehabilitation Consultants with medical administration to coordinate the rehabilitation activity for injured ADF Personnel.

• Update and maintain medical records
• Manage and book medical appointments
• Coordinate invoices and budgets
• Coordinate case management documentation and reporting

• Effective communication skills & be able to work as part of a team
• The ability to work on a casual basis between the hours of 07:30 – 15:30 Monday to Friday (often at short notice)
• Medical administration experience
• Empathetic and personable nature
• Ability to perform routine and some repetitive tasks
• Australian Citizenship
