Salon Coordinator

We’re looking for our next Salon Coordinator ✨

EdwardsAndCo Surry Hills is looking for a warm, organised and energetic Salon Coordinator to join our team.

This is a fast-paced role at the heart of the salon. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, helping create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

As our Salon Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

• Welcoming and looking after our clients

• Managing bookings, cancellations and client enquiries

• Answering phones, emails and messages

• Supporting our stylists and keeping the salon running smoothly

• Helping manage the salon schedule and maximise appointment opportunities

• Assisting with filling last-minute gaps and cancellations

• Maintaining a beautiful, organised and welcoming salon environment

• Supporting general salon administration and day-to-day operations

• Creating an experience that makes clients excited to come back

• Professional with excellent communication skills

Previous salon, beauty, hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded, but attitude and personality are just as important.
