Full Time Barista / Cafe All Rounder

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team on a full-time basis.

You’ll play an important role in keeping the café running smoothly day to day — from opening and closing, to confidently managing front-of-house service during busy periods and making sure every customer receives the same quality and care. We’re looking for someone dependable who takes initiative, gets to know our regulars and takes pride in the café as a whole. This is a hands-on position for someone who wants to take responsibility and become a trusted part of the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving quality coffee and other beverages efficiently and consistently
• Taking orders, serving customers and getting to know our regulars and their preferences
• Opening and/or closing the café depending on your roster and helping manage daily front-of-house operations
• Serving food and assisting with general café duties as required
• Keeping the café clean, organised and well-stocked throughout service
• Following the café’s established coffee-making methods and adapting to customer preferences, even where these may differ from traditional coffee styles

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista experience and confidence working in a busy café environment
• Strong espresso-making and milk-texturing skills with a genuine interest in quality coffee
• Friendly, patient and confident customer service
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable taking responsibility and initiative
• Adaptable, willing to learn and respectful of the café’s existing methods and regular customers
• A positive team player with good communication and the ability to work independently when required
