Automotive Salesperson - Commercial Utes

Fortis Motor Group is a commercially focused dealership specialising in second-hand commercial Utes. We're growing, and the leads are coming in - we need a proven salesperson to convert them.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes sales. If you're chasing a quiet desk job, this isn't for you. If you're hungry, competitive, and you are back yourself to outsell anyone in the room, keep reading.

You'll own the complete sales cycle, from first enquiry through to delivery, and will be allocated ALL Autogate leads that comes through the door.

What We Expect

• Selling a minimum 4 vehicles per week.

• A proven track record of vehicle sales.

• The ability to work a sales pipeline without needing guidance.

• Professionalism in the workplace at-all-times.

• Hunger to perform and the drive to act autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Own every incoming Carsales / Autogate lead, appointment and follow-up religiously.

• Manage the full process from enquiry to delivery.

• Match customers into incoming and existing stock.

• Conduct test drives and sharp vehicle presentations.

• Use video and photo communication to sell remotely and stay front-of-mind.

• Prepare contracts and keep accurate records.

• Work alongside our finance and admin teams to push deals over the line.

• Get involved in stock movement, vehicle presentation and day-to-day operations.

Non-Negotiables
You MUST have vehicle sales experience. Full stop. We need someone who already knows how to sell cars, work a pipeline, and close.

Even better if you've used EasyCars before - you'll be up and running faster.
Even better again if you know utes and commercial vehicles, understanding the product and their buyers.

Also Essential

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong computer literacy.

• Full Australian driver's licence.

• Available to work Saturdays.

• Full working rights in Australia.

• Ability to provide a police check.
