• Turn challenges into solutions by negotiating outstanding payments and creating flexible, customer-friendly payment plans.
• Be the voice of both the customer and Water Corporation, championing long-term resolutions that work for everyone.
• Dive deep into customer accounts, uncover opportunities, and craft smart, sustainable solutions that make a real difference.
• Keep everything crystal clear with meticulous documentation and records, ensuring every interaction is understood and resolved.
• Respond like a pro, providing timely, high-quality answers to customer queries that build trust and confidence.
