Childcare Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Childcare Trainee to join our passionate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to begin their career in Early Childhood Education while working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

You will learn on the job from experienced educators, gain practical skills, and be supported with mentoring throughout your studies.

• Assist in delivering engaging learning experiences for children aged 0–5.

• Support educators with daily routines, play-based learning, and group activities.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment.

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• Learn about child development, safety regulations, and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• A genuine love for working with children.

• Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Great communication and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to completing a Certificate III traineeship.
