Rear Loader Driver - Night Shift

We are excited about our growth journey, and now we’re looking for a dedicated Loader Driver to join our Revesby team for night shift operations. We are seeking experienced Rear Loader Drivers to support our commercial and industrial waste collection operations in Revesby during night shifts. Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate loader trucks to collect and transport commercial and industrial waste in Revesby during night shifts.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and traffic regulations.

• Conduct daily pre‑shift vehicle inspections and report any issues.

• Assist with loading waste and ensure proper handling of materials.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including fatigue management.

• Report incidents, near misses, and complete necessary documentation.

What makes you a GOgetter:

• A current and valid NSW HR or HC licence.

• Minimum 12 months experience operating loader trucks or in the commercial waste industry.

• Experience working night shifts in industrial or commercial areas preferred.

• Full working rights in Australia.

• A clean and up-to-date driving record.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Reliable, flexible, and safety-focused with a positive "can-do" attitude.

• Ability to pass a medical check.
