Full-Time Chef – California Republic, St Ives California Republic is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team in St Ives, NSW. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced commercial kitchen and can consistently maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard
• Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations
• Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace standards are maintained
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
• Assist with menu preparation and development where required
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen

Requirements:

• Relevant commercial cookery qualification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy commercial kitchen
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
• Available to work weekends and public holidays as required
