Chef/Cook

We're looking for an experienced Chef or passionate Cook to lead our small suburban gastropub kitchen. If you love creating quality food from scratch and take pride in every plate, we'd love to hear from you.

Key requirements of the role include:

• Ordering and stock management.

• Food prep (most of our menu is made in-house).

• Cooking/plating to a high standard.

• Contribute to weekly specials and seasonal menus.

Essential requirements:

• Knowledge and commitment to food safety & dietary requirements.

• Experience in managing commercial kitchen.
