GENERAL PRACTICE /CHRONIC DISEASE NURSE (RN) – PPT (Fridays)

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our welcoming nursing team in a permanent part-time position every Friday. This role is ideal for a nurse looking to complement another position, ease back into the workforce, or enjoy a regular one-day-a-week commitment.

About Us

Our Eltham and Monty Clinics are long-established, fully accredited, privately billing family medical clinics providing high-quality, patient-centred care. Our friendly and supportive team values collaboration, professionalism, and creating a positive experience for both our patients and staff.

 The Role

Key responsibilities include chronic disease management, patient education, immunisations, triage, and wound care.

Day: Every Friday
Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Employment: Permanent Part-Time

There is also the opportunity to work additional days providing cover for annual leave or sick leave.

Criteria :

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach

• The ability to work independently while being a valued member of our team

• Current working with Children Check

• Previous General Practice nursing experience (desirable but not essential)

• Accredited Nurse Immuniser Certificate (an advantage)
