Key Account Manager

Our client is a global leader in infrastructure protection — their products go into the ground beneath telecommunications, rail, road, water, gas and electrical networks across the country. The company is growing, and need a Key Account Manager in WA who wants to build something, not just manage it.

This isn't an account-minder role. It's a growth mandate.

You'll take the wheel on some of our most strategic, highest-value customer relationships — and you'll be expected to expand them. Identify the next project before your competitor does. Get in early with engineers and asset owners at the design phase and secure the spec before it's even out to tender. Read the market, read the competition, and move.

What you'll own:

• End-to-end relationship and growth strategy for key accounts across Telecommunications, Rail, Road, Electrical, Water and Gas infrastructure
• Pricing, product ranging and commercial strategy within your accounts
• Forecast sales and margin delivery — this is a numbers-accountable role
• Technical presentations and tailored proposals that win business
• A seat at the table with engineers, design consultants and asset owners shaping projects before they hit the market

What you bring:

• 5+ years thriving in high-performing B2B sales teams
• A track record of winning and growing key accounts, large tenders and complex negotiations
• Sharp commercial instincts — you read a market and see the opening
• The confidence to negotiate, the discipline to deliver, and the drive to keep pushing past target

• Reporting to the State Manager WA/NT.
• Based in Perth
