About the role

Be part of the Oroton legacy as a Seasonal Retail Team Member this festive season - bringing passion, energy, and style to create memorable experiences during one of our most rewarding times of year. As a brand ambassador, you'll develop a strong understanding of our collections to confidently guide customers through our iconic leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear. From styling support to genuine connection, you'll ensure every customer feels welcomed, valued, and supported - bringing warmth and exceptional service to each interaction.

We are seeking Seasonal Customer Experience Specialists for the following store locations:

• Adelaide CBD
• Burnside
• Harbourtown

What you'll bring to Oroton!

• A genuine passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Previous retail experience within apparel, accessories or premium retail (essential)
• Confidence achieving sales targets and working towards KPIs
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Impeccable personal presentation that reflects the Oroton brand
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment during our busiest trading period

Seasonal Details

• Commencement date from November 2026 - February 2027
• Begin as a seasonal team member, with the opportunity to continue as an ongoing casual - and even step into permanent roles, depending on performance
• Please note: Due to the nature of the festive trading period, successful candidates must be available throughout our blackout trading period, including weekends, late-night trading and public holidays
