About the Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will provide leadership across the delivery of complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams, you will oversee project performance, commercial outcomes and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will also provide leadership and mentoring to Project Managers and site teams, helping develop capability across the business.

What You'll Do

• Lead the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Project Managers, Site Managers and project teams
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement and commercial performance
• Oversee contract administration, risk management and programme delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
• Drive project planning, resourcing and delivery strategies
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and environmental requirements
• Identify opportunities for innovation, value engineering and continuous improvement
• Support business development opportunities and contribute to future project wins

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years' experience delivering commercial construction projects in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity
• Proven experience delivering Design & Construct projects
• Experience working with a Tier 2 contractor or high-performing Tier 3 contractor
• Demonstrated experience delivering multi-storey commercial construction projects
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project financial performance
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project delivery methodologies
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similar (preferred)

• Experience with Procore, Pronto or similar project management software
• Commercial carpentry experience highly desirable
