Site Manager I Large Commercial Build

YOUR NEXT COMPANY:
Our client has undertaken many high profile and challenging construction projects, in areas such as Commercial, Education and Government, High-rise Residential, Industrial, Sporting, Retail, etc. Their values are based on Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Quality and Innovation. Their goal is to create sustainable buildings and challenge the way things are done to innovate and improve. Currently they are seeking a Building Supervisor for their Adelaide operations to join the business on a permanent basis. 

 
YOUR NEXT ROLE:
You will be hired permanently and set to work on one of their projects within the pipeline which range in scale and size. One most likely is commercial construction project. You will be responsible for the safety on site, coordinating works, working closely with the project managers, clients and other stakeholders and overseeing the sub-contractors. Ensuring things run smoothly and the quality of the works is at a very high level. You will create regular reporting, attend and coordinate meetings and oversee industrial relations matters and inductions.

 
ARE YOU A FIT?
Ideally, you will have between over 5 yrs of experience Building Supervision/Site Management. You will have worked on $20mill + Australian commercial construction projects. You will be looking for a prominent building company where you can develop your skills and work on challenging projects. You will be a self-starter, who is diligent, with good attention to detail, communication and people skills and have a good work ethic.
