Accredited Exercise Physiologist

At Health Moves, Cairns, we pride ourselves on exceeding our clients' expectations, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes. Our private clinic in Parramatta Park boasts consultation rooms and a fully-equipped gym for on-site exercise delivery and group sessions.

Our services include one-on-one and group exercise sessions, hydrotherapy and home based sessions.

We have a diverse clientele base, including Private clients, Medicare, NDIS, Workcover, and Department of Veteran Affairs.

You'll be joining a team of experienced exercise physiologists, supported an administration assistant and allied health assistant. Our current practitioners have special interest in women's health, diabetes and paediatrics.

What's Involved in the position?

• Conducting high-quality assessments and prescribing exercise programs tailored to meet clients' needs and goals

• Providing personalized lifestyle modification advice

• Conducting hydrotherapy sessions, including 1:1 and group sessions

• Collaborating with team members to develop, improve, and implement programs

• Participating in regular professional development and team planning

Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary degree or equivalent in exercise physiology

• Accreditation with ESSA

• Current first aid and CPR certification

• Current blue card or yellow card, or willingness to apply

• Current professional indemnity insurance
