About the role

Welcome Ready is seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to join our growing Sunshine Coast team.

Working across a portfolio of short-term accommodation properties, this varied role combines property operations, owner and guest relations, maintenance coordination, bookings and operational support.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home 2-3 days each week, with the remainder spent working alongside the team from our beautiful coastal office in Noosa – offering a working environment that genuinely embraces the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property, owner and guest requirements

• Coordinate bookings, check-ins, check-outs and guest communications

• Manage owner enquiries, requests and property updates

• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, trades and contractors

• Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs

• Support new property onboarding and property requirements

• Maintain accurate property, booking and operational records

• Assist with reporting and broader property operations

What we're looking for

• Experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Short-Term Accommodation or Holiday Rentals

• Strong organisation, communication and time management skills

• Confidence working with owners, guests, contractors and competing priorities

• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach

• Strong systems and technology capability

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

• Current driver's licence and ability to attend properties as required

Experience with Guesty, Breezeway, HostAI, Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO will be highly regarded.
