We specialise in purchases, construction, SMSF, refinancing and everything in between within the residential market, supporting all clients in the property purchase and investment space from start to finish and beyond!

We have a multi-national client base, access to off-the-plan and new construction nationally through our strong base of builders, and work with a panel of over 35 lenders.

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated & experienced Property Specialists who are familiar with the three-step sales process

The role is contract based with uncapped commissions. You will receive 3-5+ appointments per week and need to be available evenings and Saturdays.

About you

• You have an impeccable presentation and a customer-centric mannerism
• You are highly energetic, self-motivated and have strong attention to detail
• Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent
• You are driven to exceed sales targets
• 3+ years of experience as an in-home sales consultant
• Have an understanding of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF)
• Can complete Property Investment Analysis (PIA)
• You have a burning desire to be successful and well paid for your efforts
• You have a solid understanding of building terms and general property knowledge
• Familiarity with site plans, floor plans, designs and facade options
• You have resilience and tenacity
• You are authentic, genuine and have real ability to connect and communicate with people
• You are strong in follow up
• You have an ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
• You have an ABN or ability to obtain one as this is a contracted role
• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Our current team are earning $200k to $500k plus per annum.

**Please note this is a commissions only based role, with commissions paid upon unconditional status. To be successful in this role, you will need to be in a positive financial position for the first few months of employment to support yourself until your first few sales reach their unconditional status. (However, a debit credit system can be considered for the right candidate once a pipeline has been developed).
