State Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician – NSW plays a vital role in our service and operations team, reporting directly to the NSW State Service Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely, knowledgeable, and professional delivery of service that consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an adequate and relevant supply of spare parts in the service van

• Assemble and disassemble new and used fitness equipment

• Coordinate and operate daily work schedules via tablet or mobile device

• Accurately update Netsuite Field Service Manager (our online portal) with job status, comments, pictures, and resolutions

• Identify and report faults on equipment during service and maintenance

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers upon arrival, during service, and upon departure

• Collaborate with the broader NSW service team to ensure customer satisfaction

• Service equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with scheduled timelines

• Adhere to all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) requirements
