About the Role

This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in skin health, advanced aesthetic treatments, and client care. You will be responsible for providing personalised treatment plans, performing advanced skin treatments, educating clients, and contributing to the growth of our clinic through excellent service and engagement.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a dermal, cosmetic, or aesthetic clinic environment.

• Proven experience working with a range of skin and aesthetic devices.

• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, concerns, and treatment pathways.

• Solid understanding of facial anatomy and skin physiology.

• Experience conducting comprehensive skin consultations and developing customised treatment plans.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Professional, well-presented, and team-oriented.

• Confidence creating content and engaging with clients on social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed skin consultations and assessments.

• Perform advanced skin treatments using clinic devices and technologies.

• Develop personalised treatment plans and home-care recommendations.

• Educate clients on skin health, treatment options, and expected outcomes.

• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and client experiences.

• Assist with social media content creation, education, and clinic promotion.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and treatment innovations.

Desirable Qualifications

• Bachelor or Advanced Diploma in Dermal Science (for Dermal Clinicians).

• Current nursing registration (for Cosmetic Nurses/Dermal Nurses).

• Additional certifications in advanced skin treatments and aesthetic technologies are highly regarded.
