About the role

Duties and Responsibilites

Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RedNote).
Support the development of social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, employer branding, and community engagement.
Create graphics, short videos, and other digital content using design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Monitor social media performance, track key engagement metrics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Stay up to date with social media trends, industry news, and emerging content ideas to improve audience engagement.
Collaborate with the HR, Marketing, and Operations teams to promote company initiatives, recruitment campaigns, events, and corporate activities.
Assist with photography, videography, and content creation during company events when required.
Perform other marketing and communication tasks as assigned.

Education Qualification

Experience Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
Familiar with major social media platforms and their best practices.
Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools is highly desirable.
