About the Role

As part of our management team, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while leading, coaching and developing your team.

You’ll help create a positive culture, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure the restaurant consistently operates to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing team members
• Creating a positive, high-performance culture
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Managing shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Assisting with rostering, labour and cost control
• Maintaining food safety, WHS and compliance standards
• Training and onboarding new team members
• Leading by example during busy service periods

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in developing people.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous leadership or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurants
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive attitude with the ability to motivate others
• A hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever needed
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A focus on customer service, quality and teamwork
• Flexible availability, including weekends
