The Quality Yard is looking for a confident and motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to join our busy yard on Parramatta Road, Homebush.

We receive a high volume of phone and online enquiries, so you must be confident speaking with customers, following up leads and turning enquiries into vehicle sales.

• Respond to phone and online sales enquiries.

• Follow up leads quickly and consistently.

• Understand each customer’s vehicle needs.

• Arrange inspections and test drives.

• Negotiate and close vehicle sales.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Work towards individual and dealership targets.

• Strong phone communication and sales skills.

• Confident building rapport and closing sales.

• Organised, reliable and persistent with follow-up.

• Motivated by targets and commission.

• Previous automotive or sales experience preferred.

• Current Australian driver licence.

• Must be able to work weekends
