We're looking for an experienced Cellar & Logistics Manager to join the leadership team at Opera Bar, one of Australia's most iconic hospitality destinations. Key duties & responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cellar team, creating a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork and continuous growth.
• Oversee the day-to-day cellar and logistics operations, ensuring every delivery, transfer and stock movement runs seamlessly.
• Champion stock accuracy through regular stocktakes, inventory controls and proactive ordering to keep the venue operating at its best.
• Work closely with venue leaders, suppliers and drivers to coordinate deliveries and ensure products are available when they're needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes and drive operational efficiencies across the venue.
• Maintain a safe, organised and compliant cellar while leading best practice across manual handling, storage and workplace safety.
  

• Experience leading cellar or logistics operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for people, with the ability to coach, develop and inspire a high-performing team.
• A hands-on leadership style. You love being on the floor, solving problems and keeping the operation running smoothly.
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in maintaining accurate stock, organised systems and efficient processes.
• A commitment to safety, compliance and delivering operational excellence every day.
• Current NSW RSA.
